1. 403(b)/401(k)/457(b)/SIMPLE payroll reduction – You will notice the use of the word "reduction" for an annuity contribution versus a "deduction" for an insurance premium payment. Because 403(b) contributions are made with pre-tax dollars, your pay is reduced by the amount of your contribution.  Payroll reduction allows you to receive the tax benefits of the 403(b) with the convenience of funding your annuity straight from your paycheck. 
2. Easy Pay (Electronic Funds Transfer) – You can pay your annuity or other retirement planning vehicle payment by an Electronic Funds Transfer directly from your bank account – this will not include 403(b)/401(k)/457(b)/SIMPLE annuity regular payment which must be paid via your payroll.
