Android Users
By accepting the terms of this Agreement, Horace Mann grants you a nontransferable, revocable, limited and nonexclusive license to use this mobile web application on any Android platform that you own or control and as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Google Play Terms of Use.The license and/or use of this application does not designate you a client of Horace Mann or a consumer of Horace Mann products or services. Except for the license above, you are granted no other rights or licenses, by implication, or estoppel, or otherwise, under any patents or other intellectual property rights.
Apple Users
By accepting the terms of this Agreement, Horace Mann grants you a non-transferable, revocable, limited and nonexclusive license to use this mobile web application on any iPhone 6s and newer with iOS 10 and 11 platform that you own or control and as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the App Store Terms of Use.
The license and/or use of this application does not designate you a client of Horace Mann or a consumer of Horace Mann products or services. Except for the license above, you are granted no other rights or licenses, by implication, or estoppel, or otherwise, under any patents or other intellectual property rights.

All “content” in this application is the exclusive property of Horace Mann , its affiliates and/or third-party vendors, except where indicated, and is protected by copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws. For these purposes, content is defined as all text, images, Horace Mann and non Horace Mann logos, trademarks and any other materials, whether seen or not seen, found within this application. Reproduction of content in any manner is strictly prohibited.
Personal Information
Horace Mann does not collect or store any personal information you enter on the application. Horace Mann only receives information you submit to the company via the mobile web application.
Horace Mann is not responsible for unauthorized access to personal information you have saved to the application. The security and privacy of this information is your responsibility. If you believe your Horace Mann account or any personal information you have submitted through the application has been compromised, please contact Horace Mann immediately.
An active Horace Mann user name and password is required to access certain areas of the application, such as account information and auto ID card retrieval. If you have forgotten your user name and/or password, a link will be provided at the log in screen to change either or both. Contract Enforcement and Jurisdiction
If any provision of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, it shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remainder of the terms of this Agreement, and without further action by the parties hereto, such provision shall be reformed to the minimum extent necessary to make such provision valid and enforceable. Your rights under this Agreement shall terminate if you fail to comply with any of the material terms or conditions of this Agreement and do not cure such failure in a reasonable period of time after becoming aware of such noncompliance. If all your rights under this Agreement terminate, you agree to cease use of the sample applications and any derivative works thereof immediately.
This Agreement is governed by the laws and jurisdiction of the state of Illinois, county of Sangamon and the intellectual property laws of the United States of America. No party to this Agreement will bring a legal action under this Agreement more than one year after the cause of action arose. Each party waives its rights to a jury trial in any resulting litigation.
